All travelers, including U.S. Citizens, to and from the Caribbean, Central, South America, and Bermuda will be required starting December 31, 2006,
to have a PASSPORT or other accepted document that establishes the bearer's identity and nationality to enter or re-enter the United States.

U.S. citizens can apply for a U.S. Passposrt at the Caribbean Fair at South Street Seaport on Tuesday, June 13, 2006. United States Postal Services (USPS) retail associates will be on site at the Fair between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.
